Setting Up & On The Way!
Many have gone before me, obviously, in starting & succeeding in their own thing(s). Personal goals, small endeavors, a new business, a long-awaited job, a BIG Business. Each day that we wake up, we have new opportunities for change & new creations. I have felt successful & accomplished along my journey, as I choose to see each venture as a learning tool. Perhaps I’ve done better in some than others, but each has served a very important purpose. I’ve also learned that I don’t always “HAVE TO DO!” - sometimes it’s great just to BE…
It’s in those moments of just “BE-ing” myself - chilling, going out thrifting, enjoying simple treasures that I have collected SO MUCH STUFF!! Sometimes I’m thinking of the bed & breakfast I kind of want to do, & I find a cute furniture piece; sometimes I’m thinking of what the dining room walls could look like there, & I find rustic vintage platters, bowls, beautiful old chafers & guys, I’m kinda crazy about old vintage & retro serving pieces! Well, you’ll see as I begin posting items on here soon.. Other times I’m envisoning a Farmer’s Market type store I hope to expand into & find a Reclaimed Wood Goat that somebody made, or really cool rustic Chickens. It just feels like MAGIC & gifts from the Universe. They’re meant to be shared. I believe that’s part of my purpose - to see & pass on ideas to others. Not only that, but to show that it doesn’t have to be expensive to add flair to your space! You will find my prices to be very fair. It’s part of the reason that I didn’t want to set up in a Vintage Mall or something. The markups some take kinda steal the JOY from the find …
Anyways…. I’ve started moving in, as you may have seen on my Instagram posts. I collected more reclaimed wood over the weekend, so hopefully in the next couple weeks I’ll get my shelves built & move more stuff in. I’ll share along the way, & sincerely thank you for following along. More soon!
